Can not run call back in cam_anim.rotate_camera with correct time when assign to 0 in arraignment

Hi , devs
I found to the bug in here
value1 = 1;
value0 = 0;
cam_anim.rotate_camera(cameraObj,value1,value2,2000,call_back_cam);


but I can execute to this source code.
value1 = 1;
value0 = 0.000001;
cam_anim.rotate_camera(cameraObj,value1,value2,2000,call_back_cam);


the behavior doesn't work when assigning 0 value to arrangements.
Please check this.
