My company bought a blend4web-pro license on 2018.10.03. Unfortunately, the software can not be downloaded. This is very annoying. How do you get a working access?

We have the same problem.

We purchased Blend4Web Pro on 23 Nov 2018 and we got a confirmation email but we never received the second email with the download information.

We have contacted support via email 3 times now with no response. We have tried calling the contact phone number but it rings twice and then there is "on hold" music for about a minute and then an automated voice says "Please hang up"

How do we download our Pro version?
