My company bought a blend4web-pro license on 2018.10.03. Unfortunately, the software can not be downloaded. This is very annoying. How do you get a working access?

We have the same problem.

We purchased Blend4Web Pro on 23 Nov 2018 and we got a confirmation email but we never received the second email with the download information.

We have contacted support via email 3 times now with no response. We have tried calling the contact phone number but it rings twice and then there is "on hold" music for about a minute and then an automated voice says "Please hang up"

How do we download our Pro version?

We have Purchased as well and we haven't received the email with Download Link.
We have mailed multiple times and tried calling as well. But there was no response after the intercom music plays for a minute.

We tried calling one of the numbers on the Invoice we received - A Gentleman answered in Russian and disconnected the call.

Please send us the Link for Pro Version.
