Hello there Im Frou and Im new AND CONFUSED.

I tried to post in a topic in the Neopets help subforum, a girl was wondering what kinda colour she should paint her pets. I tried to reply and it said something along the lines of "post rejected, ask administrator for help". Whats that? D: Did I do something wrong?

Want to get my head shaved, but not sure what will ensue, can i shave it? If not, are there any upgraded cams for it? Can i shave the head with a cam? Stronger valve springs?
