so I want to use google map to find out the location of the user who is accessing my 3d navigation, and the user location can be seen on 3d map, is it possible?

Perhaps you can try optimizing your model to reduce the filesize so that it loads in the browser.

Well, 200 mb is quite a size for HTMLs. Maybe your browser is simply freezing. Can you try using the JSON format instead? Here are some articles on the benefits and usage of the JSON format:

Are you able to run projects smaller than 200 MB?
What browser are you using?
Sometimes when you hit F12, you need to select the Console tab. There are some other tabs like Elements, Sources, Netwok, etc.
