This is a classic example of an online 3D configurator being used for product customization in the make-to-order approach, when things are manufactured on demand from customers and tailored specifically to their needs. The web app perfectly blends into the rest of the website layout and smoothly works on mobile devices. Apparently, these were the main reasons for the developers to invest efforts in re-working their app to be based on Blend4Web instead of Unity WebGL as it was with the older version of the configurator.
