We'll look at the implementation of the application, in which the user will get the possibility to furnish the room with furniture items. We'll show how to use the engine functionality such as dynamic loading and unloading of objects. These features may be useful for creating sales configurators, catalogues and extensive game levels. In such applications the loading of all available resources at the same time is impractical or impossible. Loading the required resources at run-time decreases memory consumption (both RAM and VRAM), reduces traffic and significantly speeds up the application launch.
