Blurred reflections are possible in blend4web?.

Hello,
Currently, blurred realtime reflections are not possible. Actually, much depends on what kind of decisions will be taken for the Blender's future Viewport realization, so that we don't have to invent something incompatible with Blender's rendering model. Anyway, in not so distant future it will be possible.

It kinda is possible. Not directly but might look like that. Top object has refractive texture(to cause blur actually) and bottom object is reflective.

You can also sort of get "the look" by using a matcap of a rough metal material. It's easy to create such a matcap texture with Cycles. Of course it won't be a true accurate reflection, but it's something for now. In the SDK there some matcap examples for reference.

Я думал о том же растворе . Интересно , если это было возможно создать динамический отражение (как в настоящее время это возможно) и вниз образца он ( сделать разрешение намного меньше ) , создавая размыли эффект..
