Is there a way to sequentially produce particles along a path?

I've noticed in the regular blender, there is an option to have particles spawn in either Jittered, Random or Grid ordering. If you have geometry with ordered vertices, they spawn particles in a linear fashion (with the Grid option).

However, I can't find that functionality in the blend4web interface. Particles seem to only spawn from random points along a mesh. Is it possible to recreate that grid option in the blend4web settings?
Longtime Blender user, just getting into all the "web" stuff :-)
