How do I make the sky texture correspond to environment lighting energy? [SOLVED]

Is this possible in B4W? Because in my scene, the sky texture itself always looks the same (has the same brightness) no matter how much environment lighting power I set, whereas the objects *do* react to it.

A new version came out (17.04) that supports Cycles World Material nodes and even equirectangular images, so I'm using them from now on.
