Anchor detect visibility on-Flicking

Hello,

I have put some anchors on the surface of my model for annotations, However, it flicks a lot sometimes when I rotate around. I was wondering whether there is any way to set a unresponsive time or threshold, or something to prevent the flicking?

You should move the empty object (binded to the anchor) a little bit from the surface of the model
