Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the lighting in blen4web is Differed or Forward rendered?
Also, I'm looking to get a presentation running on an Amazon cloud server. Rather than rendering client side I want to render server side and send the result to the users browser.

Is it possible to use accelerated GPU rendering on a headless server?

Many Thanks

Hi, I'm looking for a way to render a single frame only.
If something is changed in the presentation, such as a colour change, b4w will render another frame and stop.
The camera will be fixed so I only need to display changes as still frames.
I've noticed when using the SDK viewer there is an option to 'pause' the visualization. When paused my GPU usage goes back down to idle instead of 100%.

Is this possible?

Excellent! Thanks for that great info.
If you had thousands of materials (assigned to "SuperMegaMaterialCarrier") could you call only one single material and it's resources? This would be fantastic.

OR would the entire library be required at client side for this to work?

Thanks

Ahhhhhhh SUPER noob!
Here's the file now working for reference.

Is there a way to load materials from an external library from inside the presentation?
Perhaps materials could be exported to a database and then called by an event in the interface?

Thank you for your help

Hi,
I'm doing something wrong with this material switch but can't figure it out.
I've taken the 'inherit_material.blend' and recreated it to better understand the process. Unfortunately, my attached example does not change the material like the example does… I have no idea what the issue is… Any thoughts?

Я думал о том же растворе . Интересно , если это было возможно создать динамический отражение (как в настоящее время это возможно) и вниз образца он ( сделать разрешение намного меньше ) , создавая размыли эффект..

Is is possible to have realtime blurred/glossy reflections in Blend4Web? (Example image attached)

Perhaps it's possible to progressively down sample the existing mirror reflections in blend4web, causing them to look blurred?

Could you tell me the workflow for creating cube-mapped reflections please? I've looked around on the forum for a long time and can't seem to find out how to do it..
I can only find the demo
link

Thanks
