I have applied for a credit card and completed the video kyc Recently I contacted issuer customer support and asked them about my application status they told me the video kyc is not completed yet and now when i am trying to do the video KYC again it is not working, Contacted their support many times but always received a ready-made reply. What to do now? and also I visited on the internet about video kyc and found this page, can anyone please help me with this?
