No, i do not want to export the original json. As you can see you are able to customize the scene with several buttons (colors).

I want to export those chosen colors after clicking an export button. Isnt that simply possible? Even in the example you have posted (the bag configurator) it is not able to export/share the configuration.

Hey there,

we are not able to export the data via the webplayer.

Isnt there any kind of documentation/example on the get request api? I mean it should be simple. We just need a possibility to export the scene with a button click. I don’t think this is the first time, that somebody is asking for that, or am i wrong? :D

For me as a web developer i would love to have something like a unique scene id which i can look up via an api.

Something like this:
exampleurl.com/example_scene.html?exportscenedata=123sceneid456&format=json

Is that possible?

Thanks for your time!

Hi,

i think this is a misunderstanding.

I am a web developer. I got the blend4web example from a designer (www.visual3d.co.nz/test/test22.html).

Now i want to integrate a button for the user to export the colors he chose in the scene. I think there MUST be a way to achieve this or not?

All the best

Hi,

thanks for the quick response. I just opened the blend file but i am not able to find the logic editor and the option to export it to json. Where can i find those tools?

Thanks again!

Hi everyone,

first of all: i am not a blend4web designer. I am working for a customer who instructed a designer to create a 3d configurator for wings: www.visual3d.co.nz/test/test22.html

My question as a web developer now: Is there any chance to export the configured data (in this case colors) ? Maybe as a JSON response?

I want to offer an opportunity to the user to export the configured data via a button click an email it to the manufacturer.

Thanks in advance and all the best!
