Problem with VIDEO ON ANDROID

Goodmorning everyone!
I tried to do a little experiment with video.
I exported the scene of this television in the zip file and put the settings for automatic play.
Computer with Chrome it all works correctly.
But under Android and Chrome will not start the video.
