Based on the feedback from Ton Roosendaal and Gottfried Hofmann, we have removed the crediting requirement from the chart. GNU GPL requires crediting in the code only. The updated PDF version can be seen here. ‏

GitHub is overkill for me. I plan to use many single-html format items in e-books.

What about embedding blend4web content on other websites?
For example facebook app that is created as shown in this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2c7Wl46VR0

Does facebook have to obtain blend4web pro license?

The commercial license grants the right to distribute Blend4Web-powered applications on whatever websites (e.g. on facebook). However, if the intellectual property rights were transferred to the owner of a particular website, he/she/it must have a license.
