Problem with armatures...

Hi, I am following the instructions posted here:
trying to animate a part of my model with an armature, but I must be missing something, as I get a completely messed up result… as if the bones deformation was amplified or something…
I have attached snapshot and the .blend file (the library files are not included, but the mesh and armature which are problematic are there…).
Do you have a clue of what's happening here??

The thing is that your mesh object has a rotation while armature object don't. So try applingy rotation to this object

You just need to apply a rotation of the model. All transformations of the model must be applyed when using Armature deformation on it. And all will be fine.
Blend4web and that kind of thing.

This issue has been resolved in 15.04
