Perhaps you can try optimizing your model to reduce the filesize so that it loads in the browser.

Im having the same issue, here are 2 screen captures, no errors o problems i can see but the file size is 380mb

im trying to export and preview them as HTML.
Can you provide me a guide to export the file directory as JSON.

I want to be able to see and to share on a zip file or a robust file type with my clients, there are all 3D Maps made with WebODM, they are pretty big but i only want to see them locally, or share with my clients so they can see it in their pc without any trouble

Hi! To use json you need to run server. And this solution is a bit complicated for your purpose.
If JSON export is forking without issues and HTML export is not working, then most likely this is a bug. Better way is to share your blend-file here and we will be able to fix the bug. It is likely that we will do the fix in the upcoming release (at the end of this month).

I will upload my project so you can check it, but i want to know if i have to upload my .blend file only or i have to do some compression or compiling of the texture files etc before so you dont have missing textures or something when you download the .blend file. Thanks in advance!

I everyone i found out that is a space problem, i already baked all textures in a smaller size and i could see the model without any troubles
But if you want to investigate some more, here is the full model compressed for blender. If anyone comes with a better solution
