kalidiscope effect

I was very excited to learn about blend4web three days ago. I can not recall how I stumbled upon the addon but after viewing the demos I just had to have it.

I tried the exporter on the default cube using windows7, blender 2.72 and google chrome and it worked perfectly. I think tried it with a makehuman exported model that I am working on and it showed some kind of kaleidoscope effect around the model. Here is the html export from blend4web

It's seams you have got a somewhat old and poorly supported GPU (GMA 4500MHD or so). Try to update your driver and browser or just switch to more modern hardware which is always a good idea when working with real-time graphics .

Thanks for the answer. I checked for newer drivers and there are none. And right now I cannot afford to replace this laptop. So i am just stuck with things as they are. What confuses me is that some WebGL/3D pages display fine, some I get wild displays. Some of the demos on this site show up just great. Some of them look like something that went thru a meat grinder. Anyway thanks for the great blender plugin.

Ok

It seams that you have troubles on scenes with sophisticated shaders. If you are using Windows, the driver for your hardware may be already deprecated by Intel and not supported anymore. You can try to load Ubuntu Linux from USB stick and check more recent drivers (usually hardware for Linux is supported much longer than for Windows or OS X). Anyway we have currently no device with GPU you are using, maybe somedays or so.
