Web GL Error On both Chrome and Firefox

14 January 2016 18:33
Hi,

I'm using the sdk version of blend4web for testing before buying.

I've a big problem : I start to build a scene and often use the "Fast Preview Button".
It was well working for several try (perhaps 10 or 20) and sudently it start to crash with "BROWSER could not initiaize WebGL".

So i change my default browser and use chrome, and exacltly the same thing : after 10 or 20 use, i start to crash.

I've to everything that was said on your website :

My directX is the last one and working (dxdiag)

webGL work with non blend4web webpage

Reboot to nothing

the "http://get.webgl.org/" on firefox give me : "Hmm. While your browser seems to support WebGL, it is disabled or unavailable. If possible, please ensure that you are running the latest drivers for your video card."

the same, on chrome give me : "Your browser supports WebGL, You should see a spinning cube. If you do not, please" (and i do see the cube).

My nvidia graphic card is on the last update, as it is for the chipset graphic card of my laptop.

I've enable on chrome the "Override software rendering list"
I've enable on firefox the "webgl.force-enabled"

Could you help me ?

My issue is, of course that i can not work, but also, what happenend if i buy blen4web and my client are experiencing the same kind on troubleshooting ?

Thanks by advance

Hello and welcome to the forum!

What browser versions do you use? Does this error remain with the latest Chrome canary build?

Could you also post listings from chrome://gpu/ and from http://webglreport.com/?
